I’m Elena Kolevska, a hands-on engineering leader with deep roots in distributed systems, currently leading the community client libraries team at Redis. I’m endlessly curious about the human mind and spirit, and about what it really takes to build teams and technology resilient to entropy. When I’m not thinking about any of that, it’s usually music or space exploration.

I blog now and then, and I speak at conferences whenever I get the chance.
